In the 10 years Sheila has worked for me I do not recall a single day that she ever missed accomplishing her duties. There have been times when vacations have required her to be unavailable, but she has always arranged coverage ahead of time. She has had to overcome many technical difficulties over the years which have proved to me her perseverance and troubleshooting skills are high.
Sheila’s interactions with the DailyWOW list membership has been above and beyond typical customer service skills. List members have become her friends

I sit on the boards of several other non-profit organizations and am CEO of a medical non-profit as well.
