I love this Lady. She wanted me come see her. And this is what she gave me. She thought about sending me real flowers but they would die. This way I can enjoy them for much longer. She knew I was going in my foot surgery next week and wanted me to have this before I went in.

My Notes from the General Relief Society Meeting

These are my Notes that I took at the meeting tonight
General  Relief Society meeting.

Linda K. Burton, Relief Society general president

*We we will go through many challenges, suffering and adversity.

All things are possible through the atonement of Jesus Christ.

We can learn to teach about the atonement as to child so others may understand.
We all learn in simple ways.
The Savior will come to the bottom of the pit and provide that ladder for us to climb out. He will give us a hand but we need to want that help.   We can continue one the path to our Heavenly Father.

Heavenly Father loved is enough to send the Savior to suffer for us.
I may not be the prettiest woman on the planet. But my Heavenly Father loves me as I am  daughter of God. I may be a crumpled up dollar bill but that dollar still has worth.*

Carole M. Stephens, first counselor
*Put on the armor of light. Bear one another's burdens that they may light.
Do not let our sisters down spiritually. We can help each other.
See a need and act.
Let us begin where we are to be covenant people.
We daughters of our a Heavenly Father who loves us*.

Linda S. Reeves, second counselor

*She shared the story of  Lazarus.  Christ wept when he found out he had died. This shows  the compassion he has.
He suffered for all of us. He took upon him all our afflictions. He died and he lives for us. That is unconditional love.

When we have struggles but do not turn away from the Savior. Let him in so he can help us.  Things will be alright no matter what the circumstances are.
Whatever we are going through, he loves you. Cast your burdens to him. Tell him what your going through.  Study the scriptures daily.
Let him in. He will comfort you.*

President Henry B Eyring   First Counselor in the First Presidency

*We must cherish one another.
Care for each other, teach each other, sit down with God. We are responding to the relief of others.  Attend to the temporal needs as well as spiritual.  Our Heavenly Father watches over us as he loves us.
As we keep the faith, we will be called to do things that may not be easy or pleasant, but we will be blessed as we serve.
Serving others brings together a team of people to help care. He loves us for whatever part we play.*

My referral for DailyWOW

Assist list owner of a daily email service by preparing, distributing email, and maintaining the customer database.

Recieved this review from Denis Nurmela the list owner of www.dailywow.org written December 2008
“It is my pleasure to recommend to you Sheila DuBois. Sheila has worked with me in the capacity of a volunteer for over 10 years.
Sheila’s duties have included, but are not limited to:
Management of a broadcast email list of nearly 10,000 members

Daily responsibilities of emailing messages to the entire membership
Interactions with volunteer language translators
Responding to questions from list members
Interactions with technical staff
.
In the 10 years Sheila has worked for me I do not recall a single day that she ever missed accomplishing her duties. There have been times when vacations have required her to be unavailable, but she has always arranged coverage ahead of time. She has had to overcome many technical difficulties over the years which have proved to me her perseverance and troubleshooting skills are high.

Sheila’s interactions with the DailyWOW list membership has been above and beyond typical customer service skills. List members have become her friends
I sit on the boards of several other non-profit organizations and am CEO of a medical non-profit as well. I can comfortably say to you that Sheila is one of the most dedicated people I have met in all my experience with both volunteers and employees. Sheila will be an asset to any organization she chooses to work with.
